Appointments and Bookings
Appointments may be requested through our website, booking link, phone, email, or other approved contact methods. Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

- Actual service time may vary based on vehicle size, condition, selected package, weather, and workload.
- Customers should arrive or make the vehicle available at the confirmed appointment time.
- Missed appointments or late arrivals may require rescheduling.
Pricing and Payment
Prices shown on this website are based on the selected service package, vehicle size, and standard service conditions. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, level of dirt, stains, odor, pet hair, oxidation, or additional work required.
- Cars and small SUVs may have different pricing from large SUVs, pickups, and specialty vehicles.
- Motorcycles, boats, semis, and coach/shuttle buses may require a custom quote.
- Heavily soiled areas may receive an additional charge.

Payment options may include card payments through Stripe, Zelle, or other approved payment methods. If online payment or deposit options are offered, payment terms will be shown during the booking or checkout process.
Deposits
Some services or packages may require a deposit to reserve an appointment. Deposit requirements, if applicable, will be communicated before booking confirmation or during checkout. Remaining balances are due according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, documents, money, electronics, and fragile items from the vehicle before service begins. B-Luv’s Kingship Detail™ is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
Customers should notify us of any known vehicle issues, existing damage, loose parts, electrical concerns, water leaks, custom modifications, or sensitive areas before service begins.
Vehicle Condition and Results
We make every effort to improve the appearance and cleanliness of each vehicle. However, some stains, scratches, odors, oxidation, paint defects, or damage may not be fully removable. Results may vary based on vehicle age, material type, previous damage, maintenance history, and overall condition.
Engine Bay Cleaning
Engine bay cleaning is performed with care, but customers understand that older vehicles, exposed wiring, loose parts, previous damage, or unknown mechanical/electrical issues may affect the result. B-Luv’s Kingship Detail™ is not responsible for unknown or pre-existing damage.
Use of Website
